Here's our much-requested Pletscher ESGE Heavy Duty Alloy Twin Kickstand. Two legs means very stable support for your heavy bike or any bike that carries a load. ESGE Swiss-made "BiPod" double leg kickstand has a recommended maximum weight capacity is 25 kilos or 55 pounds. Great for dirt bikes, cruisers, bike commuters, touring, trekking, electric and motorized bicycles. Length of 320mm (12 1/2 in.) can be cut to size. Brushed matt silver color.

I use my bike whenever possible for my transportation needs. This kickstand makes loading bags and mounting a bike trailer easier and certainly more stable. Mounting was easier than expected and stand locks into place with"sturdy sound".

This stand prevents the bike from leaning which means it won't topple as I load the rear rack down with gear.
When I unboxed it the weight, or lack there of, was the first thing that surprised me. The second, once installed, was how sturdy the material held the bike in place.
Another plus is that the legs come more than long enough and can be cut down if needed. Installation was simple though the bolt that comes with it may be too short for some bicycles. Nothing a quick trip to the hardware store can't fix.
Another neat feature is that both legs sweep up to the non-drive side when folded back. Out of the way and not bulky.
When extended the kickstand's stance is just narrow enough to allow the pedals to spin freely. This is especially helpful when cleaning the drivetrain as it allows the chain and cassette to spin while being cleaned and lubed without having to use a bike rack.
I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to add hands free stability while loading, make cleaning and maintenance a bit easier and ensure their bike is spared the scuffs and scratches from rolling off of flimsy single leg kickstands.

I have a Trek 7000 Hybrid (2011) which I turned into a cargo bike capable of quite heavy loads.
Single kick stands just weren't cutting it as the lean made the bike fall over. With this double leg design I can walk away from the bike without any worry that it'll fall over since it keeps the bike even and upright.
I would recommend this for sure. It's surprisingly light weight as well.
