This quick release alloy rear wheel is made for 27" road bikes circa 1970s-80s. See this wheel as a set The hub takes a standard threaded spin-on freewheel. Fits all 27" tires. 

Note: A 27" wheel will NOT work on a  700C tire, Tubes can be interchanged in some cases, but not tires & wheels.  Check out 700c Wheels.
