  1. Kenda tires on 1955 Schwinn Tiger

    Posted by Chuck Wallace (Southcentral PA, near Gettysburg) on 6th Sep 2012

    I decided to resurrect my 1955 Schwinn Tiger used heavily by me in the mid to late 50's. Of course it needed new tires and tubes so I checked local bike stores--no luck. Checked on-line and gave BikemanforU a try. Awesome! Most of my questions were answered by his clever videos. Ordered by phone via Pamela--she is very knowledgeable and personable! My order arrived promptly and damage-free. Tires (26 x 1 3/4)fit perfectly and were very easy to install. A wonderful experience to ride my old bike again!! I highly recommend BikemanforU.

  2. Hard to find==Just What I wanted

    Posted by Victor Arms on 29th Jul 2012

    I have a 60 year old schwinn bike, which has been in storage many years. Needless to say, old tires had dry-rotted. I looked locally for replacements, and found that they were not readily available for this model. I took the numbers from the sidewall of the old tires, got online, and found exactly what I needed here. They were shipped quickly and I am well pleased with the service. I am sorry to say I haven't used them yet, because I'm in the process of restoring the bike before I put it back on the road.
